Step 1 - please leave the words you would like on your plaque. Please keep in mind the longer the message the smaller the font will be.
Please ensure you include the salutation you would like on the plaque eg, Dad, Daddy , Pop etc. 

Step 2- Once you have purchased your plaque please email infiniticreations1@gmail.com  include the photo you would like on the plaque.
- Try to ensure the photo you choose is light
- Ensure your pictures are of high resolution
- Note that we may need to crop some of your image to ensure that it fits into the template properly
