SHIPPING POLICY
Once order has been completed and you have received confirmation please allow 5 - 7 days for standard delivery and 2 - 5 days for express post via Australia Post.
Pick up is also available please choose this option at checkout.
We always strive to complete your order in a quick and timely manner so we ask you please allow 14 business days for your creation to be complete prior to postage.
RETURN POLICY
Refund request must be made by email to Infiniticreations1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Your refund request must include any photos (including packing). If refund is granted it will be returned via original payment source. (Exchange is also available but please allow creation time plus postage.)
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
Custom items can not be returned for simple change of mind please contact us via email for any concerns you may have. If a refund is granted return postage will be at customers expense.
